About Inah...

Hello! My name is Inah, I’m 19 years old and I’m in my first year in Brunel University studying History. I grew up in the Philippines and moved to Wales when I was 12 years old.

I really love travelling. In the past, I have travelled to Canada, Italy, Netherlands and France and hope to expand this list in the future. I also travel back to my home country, the Philippines with my family as often as I can. I love travelling because I am really interested in learning about different cultures and this is also the reason that I am currently studying History in university and I know that being in America, the land of the ‘melting pot’, my interest will be satisfied.



I also love the cinema and try to go as much as I can. Being a history student, I love watching historical films, but also drama, action, comedy, romance, and even horror. I love the thrill that I experience when I watch films in the cinema as I find it exhilarating. I also love reading, with favourites ranging from J.D. Salinger, Paulo Coelho, Nicholas Sparks and John Green.



I’m ecstatic to embark on my journey to America this summer and work for Tripp Lake Camp as a support staff in the kitchen. I’ve always been interested in cooking and trying out new recipes, especially now that I’m in university and have to cook for myself everyday. I feel like working in a camp this summer in America will be such an amazing experience and I hope that my blog will inspire you to take the leap and try it out for yourself too!
