​Hey ☺!

I’m Sarah Anne, I’m 22 years old and live in a village near Durham in north east England. (It’s fair to say the weather round here makes me want to go to camp twice as bad)

I graduated from Nottingham Trent Uni last summer where I studied Law for four years and also completed a year in placement as part of my course where I lived and worked in ‘the big smoke’ (aka London). I’ve wanted to apply to work at a camp in America for so long, but things like graduation, exams, placements etc always got in the way...
So FINALLY this is it, summer 2013...USA here I come!!(Well, once I get placed anyways).
I’ve always loved America as far back as I can remember. Whenever I go I always get the holiday blues and want to plan another trip to the states. I’ve been to New York a few times and also Connecticut as I have family that live there. I’m hoping to get placed somewhere I haven’t been before for me to explore! But hey, I’m not saying I’d exactly complain if I was placed near NYC, It’s my favourite city!

I’m currently working in hospitality at a local hotel which leaves me with not a lot of spare time as the hours are crazy busy..but checking my bank balance each week keeps me going! I also volunteer with underprivileged children and teenagers on a weekly basis which I love. I play netball every week..I wish it was big in America as I’ll miss playing while I’m away. Although I’m sure I’ll find new things to try when I’m out there!
